From 1995's Village of the Damned, directed by John Carpenter. The scene: a drunken janitor goads a bunch of evil children into psychically controlling his mind. They force him to commit suicide by jumping off a roof and turning into maybe the worst double I've ever seen in a Hollywood studio film.

Not only did his hair grow a couple inches, he magically made the broom change color too. Very impressive!
